Skandagiri is a hill located approximately 70km from Bangalore city in Karnataka state. Located near the Bellary Road (NH-7 Bangalore-Hyderabad Highway), and very close to Nandi Hills and Chikkaballapura. About Kalavaarahalli Betta



The village is named Kandavara halli and the hill called Kandavarahalli Betta (Betta Skandagiri and Kalwarahalli). Chikkaballapura lies in the district of Karnataka. How to get there



There are two routes to Skandagiri meuju, First Of NH-7, leading to Nandi Hills. At Nandi Hills turn right and proceed to the Village Kalawara through Muddenahalli (Bharath Rathna Sir.M.Visweswaraih birthplace). From Chikkaballapura proceed directly to the village Kalawara.



How to reach Bangalore

How to reach the Skanda Giri and Kalavaarahalli Betta



Step 1: From the international airport in Bangalore, via Bellary Road.



Step 2: Once the BIA at the intersection, you have to travel through Chikkaballapura. Follow the same path until you find a statue in Visweswaraih to the left.



Step 3: Take a left at this place and turn right at City Hall



Step 4: Straight back straight leads into papagni Mutt, which is the basis of Skandagiri.



In the village Kalawara ask about the direction of Omkara Jyoti Ashrama / Papagni Mutt. There is a Shiva temple near the base of the hill, where vehicles can park. Nandi to Kalawara to Papagni Mutt is 6 km. Chikaballapur to papagni Mutt is 3 km away.



What to bring?
